Our Story
Field Hockey Training by Krista was founded by Krista Lilienthal in January 2024. I started this business because I am obsessed with the game and want to share my knowledge and passion with the next generation of athletes.
Our Values
At Field Hockey Training by Krista, we believe in integrity, respect, and teamwork. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to pursue their goals.
Our Training
We offer private and small group training sessions. 60-minute sessions include warmups, various stickwork skills, shooting, body positioning, IQ training, and session recaps tailored individually to each athletes developmental level. Our goal is to provide our athletes with the tools and guidance they need to reach their full potential on the field.
